Cloover financing platform
Embedded financing for solar, storage and heat pumps. 6,000+ users, about 20,000 installations a year. I owned payment infrastructure, reconciliation, credit-bureau data, invoicing and tax correctness, the EIF eligibility audit system, document and email tooling, and the legacy side of the migration to Google Cloud. Private platform; the public site is cloover.co.
Payout Reconciler
An evaluated agent that links bank payouts to invoices: rules first, model for the ambiguous cases, human review for low confidence, published metrics. Design and evaluation.
Fence
Asset-backed finance operations for lenders: capital, interest, collateral and payment-schedule insights replacing the spreadsheets debt facilities ran on. I built the data model, workflows and calculations and the dashboard; design was the client's. Fence later raised a $20M Series A and reports $1.5B in assets under administration.
Koncile.ai
Scanned invoices and purchase orders extracted with AWS Textract into structured data with automated line-item reconciliation. I built the Bubble front end and the validation flows; the extraction pipeline was the client's.

Compminer
Anonymous compensation benchmarking for US sales professionals. Survey collection, a scoring model and the comparison charts were mine; branding was not.
